DETENTION PAY
- A Company driver will be compensated at $10.00 per hour (paid in Quarter Hour Increments) for every hour after the second hour “two free hours”, up to a maximum of $90.00. The detention time is computed and started from the appointment time that is specific to the customer. Pay is based on your accurate entry of all Macros (Arrival, Departure, etc.).
- Example: Driver arrives at customer at 0500 hours. Appt time is 0700 hours. Customer loads trailer at 1030 hours. If the driver has sent all required /accurate Macros, the driver would be compensated $15.00 in their next paycheck that would pay that trip.
